CWI's asset management team works with clients across Europe to manage and add value to their direct investments, the team handles all sectors of property.

CWI’s team comprises dedicated professionals with many years of experience within the property industry and through a number of property market cycles. The asset management team is committed to one objective, namely to maximise value for the client. CWI will develop and implement a specific individual property business plan for each asset in accordance with the strategy of individual mandates and is responsible for managing tenants, developments, lease up risk throughout the life of the investment.

Regional reporting ensures that our clients are fully up to date with leasing activity, potential capital expenditure, any relevant transactions and market activity, which will impact their investments.
