Cushman and Wakefield Investors currently manage €2 Billion (as at 31 December 2010) of separate account mandates and have been active in this market for over 25 years.  We provide a truly tailor-made service for our clients and have the ability to be flexible and work around our clients needs.  CWI can act on a discretionary or advisory basis and will work with clients to ensure that we fully understand their investment objectives and concerns.

Our aim is to develop bespoke investment strategies and maximise performance within pre-established risk parameters. CWI will develop and implement a specific individual property business plan for each asset in accordance with the strategy of the proposed mandate.  The provision of an individual property business plan at the point of purchase for each property provides a discipline to our underwriting and ensures that a full and detailed analysis of each asset is undertaken, having regard not only to the current market but also to potential changes in market conditions. CWI’s market presence and research capabilities help to ensure market trends are anticipated proactively rather than followed to the benefit of our clients.

CWI posses several attributes which provides us with a very strong deal flow, one of our key strengths:

  • CWI has a privileged relationship with Cushman & Wakefield, which also provides “real time” market intelligence in addition to a strong deal flow
  • CWI has a strong proprietary deal flow, resulting from a deep network of contacts with institutional property owners
  • CWI - as an independent investment manager - has good working relationships with investors, the major agents and market intermediaries

As a team, we therefore have an excellent access to and detailed know how of the occupier and investment markets. Knowing about rental movements and the occupier demand is crucial.
