Alban Beuglet
Alban joined CWI in October 2007 as an Analyst. He joined from DTZ Asset Management where he was a financial analyst. He previously held positions in the financial markets at Calyon CIB and Commerzbank Securities. Prior to this, he worked in the private banking department at JPMorgan both in Paris and New York. Alban holds a Master of Science in Management from Reims Management School.
Uta Dotzauer
Uta joined CWI in 2007 as an Associate, becoming a Director in 2009. Her focus is to build and maintain a valuable network with investors, developers and agents throughout Europe. Before this, Uta worked as an Investment Manager for Deka Immobilien Investment and also held positions at aik – APO Immobilien-Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH and Jones Lang LaSalle. Uta has a Masters Diploma in business studies and received the “Forschungspreis 2000” of the Deutsche Immobilienakademie Freiburg in recognition of her diploma thesis.
Edward Ginn
Edward joined CWI in 2005 as Investment Manager and has spent more than six years working in fund management having previously worked in Corporate Real Estate for four years and valuation for two years. Ed holds a BSc in Economics from London University, an MSc in European Real Estate from Kingston University, became MRICS qualified in 2002 and is FSA approved.
Karin Kuebart
Karin joined CWI in 2007 and is an Associate Director responsible for asset management in the Frankfurt office. Karen has more than 10 years experience in the German and European construction and property industry working with SEB Immobilien-Investment responsible for the entire US portfolios of their two public funds and one special fund of SEB Immobilien-Investment. Karin holds an engineering degree from the University of Applied Sciences in Darmstadt and a degree in Real Estate Economics (ebs).
Kate Lawrence
Kate joined CWI in 2010 as part of her graduate rotation programme. She works alongside Peter Balfour, assisting with the management of a shopping centre portfolio. Kate joined Cushman & Wakefield as a research analyst in 2006, specialising in West End Offices and has spent time in the retail development and property management teams as part of the graduate programme. Kate holds a BSc in Geography from the University of Exeter and an MSc in Real Estate from Kingston University.
Remi Loir
Remi joined CWI in 2006 as a senior analyst and researcher. He has 13 years experience in both finance and real estate analysis, acquired at IEIF (Institut de l´Epargne Immobilière et Foncière), Jones Lang LaSalle´s research department, KBC Securities, Deutsche Bank and Fortis Lease. Remi is an economics graduate of the University of Paris 1 Pantheon Sorbonne and has a Masters from ESCP (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris). He is a member of the SFAF (Société Française des Analystes Financiers).
Jerome Meiteles
Jerome joined CWI in February 2012 as Investment Manager at the Frankfurt office. He supports the acquisition team in transactions in Germany and the Nordics. Previously, he worked for Knight Frank Frankfurt in the investment department. Jerome holds a BSc in Business Administration from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, Israel.
Alice Odonkor
Alice joined CWI in July 2011 as an investment administrator dealing with our UK investment deal flow, asset registers and general support to the investment management team. Alice is studying an undergraduate Bsc degree in Urban Estate Management as part of the C&W trainee surveyor program.
Johny Rodriques
Johny Rodrigues is on secondment in the Paris office from SPG Intercity, a C&W Alliance Partner based in Switzerland. Johny has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Haute Ecole de Gestion in Geneva. He speaks English, French and Portugese
Andrew Thomas
Andrew joined CWI in August 2010 and is responsible for transactions and managing of a local authority property fund portfolio. Prior to joining CWI, Andrew worked at Quintain Estates and Development Plc, where he managed part of an investment property portfolio and fund, undertaking asset management and transaction opportunities. Andrew is MRICS and IMC accredited.
Audrey Tournereau
Audrey joined CWI in 2008 and has over 9 years experience in real estate asset management and investment. Prior to joining she worked for Proudreed, where she held the position of Asset Manager and was responsible for the management of several office, retail and warehouse portfolios. Audrey graduated from Ipag Paris Business School and holds an MSc in Business Real Estate.
Michael Vidamant
Michaël joined CWI in 2010 as an Acquisition Analyst in the Paris office. Prior to joining he worked for ACOFI Asset Management as a Real Estate Analyst and at AREVA as a Financial Analyst. Michael holds both an MSc in Business Real Estate (University of Paris X) and an MSc in Engineering in Project and Structured Finance (National school of Bridges and Roads).
