Gareth Fernandes
Gareth Fernandes joined CWI as a Marketing and Client Services Manager in September 2010 with responsibility for marketing and distribution activities. He comes with 7 years experience in the Fund Management Industry gained at Tishman Speyer and Henderson Global Investors in marketing and investor relations roles. Gareth has a BA (Hons) in Business Law from the University of Stirling and is IMC accredited.
Xavière Roudeix
Xavière is currently on maternity leave. Xavière joined CWI in 2008 as a European Researcher. Xavière is responsible for developing our Continental European research capability. Prior to joining us Xavière worked for Henderson Global Investors where she was a Senior Analyst, European Property Research. Prior to Henderson she had held a position as a Senior Analyst at BNP Paribas in their risk management team. Xavière has an MSc in economics from London University, is completely bi-lingual French/English and learning Spanish.
Joanna Shaw
Joanna joined CWI in 2008 and is currently Office Manager and PA to Massy Larizadeh (Head of Investor Relations) as well as undertaking varied projects on behalf of the London office and European marketing team. Prior to joining CWI Joanna worked as an International Project Manager for Next Retail ltd and holds a Bsc (Hons) in International Business and Marketing.
Kim Smith
Kim is a consultant to CWI, with over 12 years of experience in research. Kim previously worked for King Sturge and Jones Lang LaSalle. Kim will contribute to CWI's Continental European Research capability. Kim holds a BA (Hons) in Linguistics and Cognitive Science from Sussex University and an MA in Applied Social and Market Research from the University of Westminster.
John Tsang
John joined CWI as Finance Director in August 2011. He is based in London. John has over 19 years experience in the real estate industry, 10 of which have been in the fund management sector. John joined from Apache Capital Partners and previously worked for Grosvenor in Hong Kong, SG Hambros Trust Company, Fidelity International, and Morgan Stanley. John holds a BSc (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from Southampton University, an MBA from Stern Business School of New York University and also speaks Cantonese, Mandarin (Putonghua) and Shanghainese.
Alice Watson
Alice joined CWI in 2010 as a team assistant and then became PA to David Rendall in 2011. Based in Paris, where she is also the officer manager, Alice works closely with the French team to provide administrative support on various projects. Prior to this she worked in education, planning tailored training programs for adults and young children. Alice is bilingual English and French and holds a BA (Hons) in Developmental Psychology from Sussex University.
Nicole Werner
Nicole joined CWI in 2007 as Personal Assistant to Jens Göttler and is responsible for the administration and management of the Frankfurt office. She is a certified Management Assistant by Bundesverband Sekretariat and holds a Personalmanagementökonom degree of VWA Hessen.
