David Rendall
David is European CEO of Cushman & Wakefield Investors. David has over 25 years of business experience in Europe. He was a founding partner of Fountain Capital Partners and was previously an International Director at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he was the head of the Capital Markets Group in France and a member of the leadership team in Europe. David holds a degree in Land Management from De Montfort University and is a member of RICS. David is approved by the FSA.
Mickola Wilson
Mickola is the Director and joint owner of Seven Dials Fund Management, a property fund management company specialising in indirect investment, fund of funds, research and consultancy. Mickola worked for Guardian Royal Exchange for over 20 years as a property fund manager, development manager and as MD of the Property Fund Management division. In 2000 Mickola joined MWB as head of Fund Management and in 2002 was appointed CEO of Teesland plc., a listed property fund management company.
Peter Balfour
Peter joined CWI in 2007 and is Head of Investment for the UK. He also leads the UK segregated mandates team that encompasses seven clients with just under £1bn of assets under management. Prior to joining Peter worked for Joiner Cummings for five years responsible for asset management services to UK Balanced Property Trust and SWIP. Prior to that Peter worked at Henderson Global Investors and Jones Lang Wootton. Peter holds a BSc (Hons) in Valuation and Estate Management from the University of the West of England and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor. Peter is approved by the FSA.
Jens Göttler
Jens joined CWI in April 2006 as a Partner and Managing Director of our German office and is based in Frankfurt. Jens is also developing the business in Germany, Benelux and Scandinavia. With over 15 years experience in European finance and real estate, Jens previously worked for Deka Immobilien, building up their portfolio in Continental Europe. Jens is an economics graduate and has an engineering degree from the University of Applied Sciences in Germany. Jen is approved by the FSA.
Massy Larizadeh
Massy Larizadeh joined CWI in 2009 as Head of Investor Relations, based in London. Massy's primary focus is to lead capital raising for CWI's third party funds as well as overall support of CWI's investor base. Prior to this she was Managing Director at GE Real Estate, responsible for marketing and strategy across Europe since 2004. Massy holds an MBA from Insead and a BSc from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Hélène Liber
Hélène joined CWI in 2007 as our Director of Fund Management and Head of the Paris office. Hélène has held previous roles, most recently with IXIS corporate Investment Bank as Senior Vice President in the real estate finance department, AXA REIM, Archon Group France (Golman Sachs) and Banque de Gestion Privée (Crédit Agricole). Hélène holds a diploma from the Institute of Political Studies in Bordeaux and a Post Graduate certificate in Business Administration at the Institute of Business Administration at the University of Bordeaux. Hélène is approved by the FSA.
